Section 512.010 - Writs of error in civil cases abolished - review by appeal1. Writs of error are abolished in civil cases. Review shall be by appeal, which shall constitute a continuation of the proceeding in the trial court and be deemed to present all issues which heretofore have been presented by writ of error and appeal.2. This section is not intended to apply to criminal cases.
