Current with changes from the 2023 Legislative Session
Notwithstanding any supreme court rule or any provision of law to the contrary, costs shall be fully waived for any person who is an honorably discharged veteran of any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States and who successfully completes a veterans treatment court, as defined under section 478.001.
