Current with changes from the 2023 Legislative Session
The division shall promulgate rules necessary for the implementation and administration of sections 454.1000 to 454.1025. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated pursuant to the authority of this section shall become effective unless it is promulgated pursuant to section 536.024.
