Current with changes from the 2023 Legislative Session
Beginning in 2000, the family support division shall report to the general assembly regarding the family support payment center by December 1, 2000, and by each December first thereafter. Such report shall include recommendations and an analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.
