Section 354.155 - Disclaimer as to nonhealth services corporations

Nothing contained in sections 354.010 to 354.380 shall affect the right to organize a corporation under chapter 352 or chapter 355 or the powers or rights of corporations organized pursuant thereto which are not health services corporations.
