Section 354.150 - Fees - waiver, when1. Every health services corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 shall pay to the director the fees specified in section 374.230.2. Fees mandated in subdivision (1) of section 374.230 shall be waived if a majority shareholder, officer, or director of the organizing corporation is a member of the Missouri National Guard or any other active duty military, resides in the state of Missouri, and provides proof of such service to the secretary of state.Amended by 2018 Mo.
