Section 321.226 - Emergency ambulance service outside district - fee for services for all districts - emergency defined1. Any fire protection district which is authorized to provide emergency ambulance service within its district may provide such emergency ambulance service outside its district. When providing emergency ambulance service for a person who does or does not reside within the district, a fire protection district may assess and collect from such person a usual and customary fee for such service.2.
