1. The commission shall prescribe by rule the amount and frequency of application fees and per day licensing fees for race tracks where pari-mutuel wagering is permitted.2. The commission may prescribe by rule license fees for race meets with respect to which pari-mutuel wagering is conducted.3. All funds received from application fees, per day licensing fees and other licensing fees shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund, and shall not be transferred except by appropriation as provided by the constitution and laws enacted pursuant thereto.L. 1986 S.B. 572
