Section 256.260 - Reports of commissionThe clean water commission shall:
(1) Within sixty days after the end of the fiscal year in even-numbered years, make a report to the governor and to the general assembly of its activities for the preceding biennial period; and(2) Report to the governor at any time required, the results accomplished since its last report, pending plans and the status of any work or plans in progress.
