Section 251.473 - Definitions
As used in sections 251.470 to 251.485, the following terms mean:
(1)"City", any city or town in this state with a population of fifty thousand or under;(2)"Program", the Missouri main street program, established under the provisions of sections 251.470 to 251.485.
