Section 640.435 - Judicial review from final orders of department, procedure - duties of department not to conflict1. Any person aggrieved by a final order of the department issued pursuant to sections 640.400 to 640.435 may seek judicial review in the manner provided by chapter 536.2. The provisions of sections 640.400 to 640.435 shall not supersede the duties imposed under this chapter and chapter 644.L. 1989 S.B. 112, et al. §§ 12, 13
