Section 633.155 - Admission for respite care for limited time only1. The division may provide or obtain respite care for an intellectually disabled or developmentally disabled person for respite care of up to twenty-one days which may be extended up to an additional twenty-one days for good cause shown. Any additional respite care beyond forty-two days within a one-year period shall be expressly approved by the director of the division.2.
