Section 301.116 - Records required to be kept by service agents, time period - records open for inspection1. Every licensee shall maintain for three years a record of: (1) Date of application of certificate of title of vehicles;(2) Name and address of the owner;(3) Name of the manufacturer;(4) Vehicle identification number and year of manufacture;2. Any record kept pursuant to subsection 1 of this section shall be open to inspection by any authorized representative of the department, member of the Missouri highway patrol or any authorized peace officer during reasonable business hours.
