Current with changes from the 2024 Legislative Session
Application for registration shall be made to the department of revenue on a form as the director shall prescribe, which shall contain a complete description of the all-terrain vehicle, including the manufacturer's identification number and the name and address of the owner of the all-terrain vehicle.
