Current with changes from the 2023 Legislative Session
In case of noncompliance with any of the conditions concerning the building, rebuilding or repairing, where the land of another shall have been adjudged by the court for the purpose of an abutment, the same shall revert to and revest in the original owner, his assigns or legal representatives.
