Current with changes from the 2023 Legislative Session
The portion of State Highway 43 from State Highway U continuing to State Highway C in Newton County shall be designated as "Firefighter Tyler H Casey Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
