Section 221.150 - Shackling of prisoner, how paid

The county commission of any county in which a prisoner may be confined, whenever satisfied of the necessity of so doing, may make an allowance for placing such prisoner under irons, which shall be paid out of the treasury of the county in which the cause originated.
