Section 217.240 - Food and clothing of offenders - food deprivation not to be used as punishment1. The chief administrative officer of each correctional center, with the approval of his division director, shall by rule and regulation designate the type of clothing to be worn by offenders.2. All offenders confined in correctional centers shall be supplied with a sufficient quantity of wholesome food. Deprivation of food shall not be used as a disciplinary action.3.
