Section 210.535 - Foster care and adoption assistance under federal Social Security Act, amendments to plan and waivers to be submittedThe department of social services shall:
(1) Submit amendments to state plans and seek available waivers from the federal Department of Health and Human Services to enhance federal reimbursement and federal administrative reimbursement for foster care and adoption assistance under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act and Title XIX of the Social Security Act; and(2) Take the necessary steps to qualify the state for receipt of any federal block grant moneys which are or will be available for foster care and adoption assistance.
