Section 162.423 - Extension of city limits does not affect district boundaries - section effective when1. Whenever, by reason of the extension of the limits of any city or town, such limits extend beyond the boundaries of a seven-director school district, the extension of the limits shall only apply to the boundary limits of the city or town. Seven-director school district boundary lines shall remain the same as before the extension of the limits of the city or town.2.
