Section 162.211 - Seven-director district, who may establish
A seven-director school district may be established by the voters of
(1) Any city or town whose population is evenly divided by a school district boundary line and which is not located in a county of the first class;(2) Any two or more adjacent seven-director school districts without limitations as to size or enrollment.
