Section 161.410 - Missouri commission for the deaf and hard of hearing fund created in the state treasury, deposits and disbursements1. The executive director of the Missouri commission for the deaf and hard of hearing shall administer a revolving fund to be known as the "Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Fund" which is hereby established in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of appropriations made by the general assembly, any gifts, contributions, grants, or bequests received from federal, private, or other sources, and moneys transferred or paid to the commission in return for goods and services provided by the commission to any governmental entity or the public. The state treasurer shall approve all disbursements from the fund for the purchase of goods or services at the request of the executive director of the commission.2.
