Section 161.502 - Definitions
As used in sections 161.500 to 161.508, the following terms mean:
(1)"Department", the department of elementary and secondary education;(2)"Drugs" includes, but is not limited to:(a) All controlled substances defined in chapter 195; and(b) Alcoholic beverages.
