Section 108.508 - State ceiling for each calendar year, how calculated

The dollar amount of the state ceiling for the state of Missouri for each calendar year commencing January 1, 1988, shall be determined by the director on or before the beginning of each such calendar year in accordance with Section 146 of the Code.
