Current with changes from the 2023 Legislative Session
Build America bonds and any recovery zone bonds issued by the state of Missouri or an entity described in subdivision (4) of subsection 1 of section 108.1000 and the interest thereon shall be exempt from all taxation by the state of Missouri and its political subdivisions.
