Section 90.700 - St. Louis symphony's promissory note to state extended to April 15, 1998

Interest on the promissory note entered into by the St. Louis Symphony Society, a not-for-profit corporation, wherein the society promised to repay to the state of Missouri the sum of two million dollars with interest on or before the fifteenth day of April, 1993, shall be paid on or before that time, and the note is hereby extended and shall become due and payable on April 15, 1998. No further extension of the note shall be made or granted and the note, the underlying debt represented by the note and any accrued interest shall not be released, extinguished or forgiven in whole or in part.
