Section 49.210 - County commission may award process

The county commission shall, when not otherwise provided by law, have power to award process and to cause to come before them all and every person whom they may deem it necessary to examine, whether parties or witnesses, and may examine every person on oath or affirmation, touching any matter in controversy before them.
