Section 37.700 - Definitions
As used in sections 37.700 to 37.730, the following terms mean:
(1)"Office", the office of the child advocate for children's protection and services within the office of administration, which shall include the child advocate and staff;(2)"Recipient", any child who is receiving child welfare services from the department of social services or its contractors, or services from the department of mental health.
