Section 21.555 - Meeting of committee - quorum - officers, qualifications, expenses and per diem1. The joint committee on public employee retirement shall meet within ten days after its creation and organize by selecting a chairman and a vice chairman, one of whom shall be a member of the senate and the other a member of the house of representatives.2. The committee shall regularly meet at least quarterly.3. A majority of the members of the committee shall constitute a quorum.4.
