Section 97-3-119.4 - Sexual extortion; behavioral health counseling as condition of sentencing for juveniles adjudicated under Sections 97-3-119 through 97-3-119.5

The youth court may order as a condition of sentencing behavioral health counseling from an appropriate agency or provider for any juvenile adjudicated under this act.
