Section 93-20-121 - Petition after appointment for instruction or ratification(1) A guardian or conservator may petition the court for instruction concerning fiduciary responsibility or ratification of a particular act related to the guardianship or conservatorship.(2) On notice and hearing on a petition under subsection (1), the court may give an instruction and issue an appropriate order.Added by Laws, 2019, ch. 463, SB 2828,§ 1, eff. 1/1/2020.
