Section 9-5-15 - Fourth district; composition(1) The Fourth Chancery Court District is composed of the following counties: (a) Amite County;(b) Franklin County;(c) Pike County; and(d) Walthall County.(2) There shall be two (2) chancellors for the Fourth Chancery Court District. The two (2) chancellorships shall be separate and distinct and denominated for purposes of appointment and election only as "Place One" and "Place Two."
