Section 79-29-1301 - Applicability upon effective date
On or after January 1, 2011, this chapter applies to:
(a) A domestic limited liability company formed on or after January 1, 2011; and(b) A foreign limited liability company entity that is not registered with the Secretary of State to transact business in this state before January 1, 2011.
