Section 79-29-119 - Governing lawThe law of this state governs:
(a) The internal affairs of a limited liability company; and(b) The liability of a member as member, a manager as manager and an officer as officer for the debts, obligations, or other liabilities of a limited liability company. Laws, 2010, ch. 532, § 1, eff. 1/1/2011.
