Section 77-7-21 - Engagement in intrastate operation by restricted motor carriers

No restricted motor carrier not exempted in this chapter shall engage in intrastate operation on any highway within the state unless such carrier is in compliance with the requirements of the laws and regulations of the commission and the department.
