Section 77-7-17 - Prohibited interests of members or employees of commission or department

No member of the commission or the department, and no employee of the commission or the department appointed or employed in the administration of this chapter, shall in any manner have pecuniary interest in, own any securities of, or hold any position with any motor carrier.
