Section 77-19-13 - Office of Broadband Expansion and Accessibility of Mississippi to publish on website criteria for competitively scoring applications

In accordance with federal laws, rules, regulations and guidance, the Office of Broadband Expansion and Accessibility of Mississippi (BEAM) shall establish and publish on its website its criteria for competitively scoring applications.
