Section 75-67-613 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2026] Investigations, findings and posting of licenses(1) Upon filing of an application in a form prescribed by the commissioner, accompanied by the documents required in this article, the department shall investigate to ascertain whether the qualifications prescribed in this article have been satisfied.
