Section 73-60-17 - Standards of practice and code of ethics(1) A licensed home inspector is required to follow the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as adopted and published by the commission.(2) A home inspection report must be issued by a home inspector to a client as specified in the Standards of Practice.
