Section 73-53-19 - Complaints against licensee

All complaints concerning a licensee's business or professional practice shall be received by the board. Each complaint received shall be logged, recording at a minimum the following information:

(a) licensee's name;

(b) name of the complaining party;

(c) date of complaint;

(d) brief statement of complaint; and

(e) disposition.
