Section 73-3-123 - Enrollment fees(1) Each member of the bar shall, unless exempt by virtue of Section 73-3-125 and Section 33-1-39, pay enrollment fees each year in an amount as established by the board of commissioners, but not to exceed the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00)for those members admitted to practice law for three (3) years or more; and Two Hundred Sixty Dollars ($260.00) for those members admitted to practice law for one (1) year, but less than three (3) years; and Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for those members admitted to practice law less than one (1) year; and Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for those members on inactive status. All enrollment fees shall be paid for the same period, that is, for the period of one (1) year beginning on the day and month to be determined as provided in Section 73-3-127.
