Section 73-11-59 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2025] PenaltiesAny person, partnership, corporation, association or his or her or its agents or representatives who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
