Section 65-7-115 - [Applicable to any county which is exempt from the provisions of Section 19-2-3] Supervisors to have general supervision; board may provide for transportation needs of its members

[With regard to any county which is exempt from the provisions of Section 19-2-3, this section shall read as follows:]

The supervisor of each district in each county is to have and is required to exercise general supervision over the public highways of his district.
