Section 65-3-71.NEW-016 - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Effective 7/1/2024] ["Charles W. and Juanita Thomas Memorial Highway" designated]
(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 311 South located in Holly Springs, Marshall County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with MS Highway 7, and running northerly for a distance of one (1) mile, more or less, to its intersection with Landfill Road, is designated and shall be known as the "Charles W. and Juanita Thomas Memorial Highway."
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of the highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
