Section 65-3-71.NEW-006 - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Effective 7/1/2024] ["Sheriff J.V. Polk Memorial Highway" designated](1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 35 North located in Marion County, Mississippi, traversing the county in and around the Bunker Hill Community, is designated and shall be known as the "Sheriff J.V. Polk Memorial Highway."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Miss.
