Section 65-3-71.42 - "Arthur Winstead Memorial Highway" designated(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 21 in Neshoba County from its intersection with Mississippi 15 and Mississippi 19 northeasterly to the Neshoba County line shall be known as the "Arthur Winstead Memorial Highway."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching that portion of Mississippi Highway 21 described in subsection (1) of this section.
