Section 65-3-71.361 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] "Leland L. Holland Memorial Highway" designated(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 365 located in Prentiss County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with Mississippi Highway 364 and extending southernly to the intersection of County Road 2360 is designated and shall be known as the "Leland L. Holland Memorial Highway."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 359, HB 1246,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2023.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
