Section 65-3-71.334 - "Mark M. Seymour, Sr., Memorial Bridge" designated(1) The bridge on Mississippi Highway 609 located in Jackson County, Mississippi, known as the Old Fort Bayou Bridge, is designated and shall be known as the "Mark M. Seymour, Sr., Memorial Bridge."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the bridge described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2021, ch. 441, HB 424,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2021.
