Section 65-3-71.261 - "Tom Goode Memorial Highway" designated(1) The segment of U.S. Highway 45 Alternate within Lowndes County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the Tom Goode Memorial Highway.(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of Mississippi Highway 45.Added by Laws, 2016, ch. 318, SB 2309, 1, eff. 7/1/2016.
