Section 65-3-71.222 - "MSgt. Scott E. Pruitt Memorial Highway" designated(1) That segment of U.S. Highway 90 in Jackson County within the City of Gautier beginning at its intersection with Mississippi Highway 57 and extending easterly to its intersection with Beasley Road, is designated and shall be known as the "MSgt. Scott E. Pruitt Memorial Highway."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Amended by Laws, 2015, ch. 401, HB 1030, 4, eff. 7/1/2015.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 485, HB 615, 6, eff. 7/1/2014.
